Latest full release (use for fresh installs, extract to an empty directory).
Under Windows 7/Vista, make sure you don't need administrator rights to modify the UPP directory, else UPP won't work (e.g. this means the UPP directory shouldn't be somewhere under \program files\).
- upp_update_2.20_[2010.02.07].zip
Latest upp_update. Use this to update to the latest version of UPP if you have [upp 2.10, build 2005.01.28] or earlier. Extract to current upp directory, overwrite files (make a backup first). An alternative approach would be to use the fresh install, and then use the importer to import UPP settings from your old UPP directory. This will not import many of the settings stored in mirc.ini however.
Note: if you have [upp 2.10, build 2008.03.15] or later (this includes UPP v2.20), you do not need to download any files here. Simply update to the latest version by typing /live_update in UPP (the updater module needs to be loaded).
