UPP 2.0 is much more modular than UPP 1.x. It has a module manager, so one can
enable or disable a feature to decrease CPU and memory usage. UPP 2.0 also contains
a lot of bug fixes from 1.5.1.Here's

Unzip the new build into a new directory, and use the importer to import your old settings
from the previous builds or UPP 1.5x.

She's Rakka, a character from Haibane Renmei anime series. She's up there because
Spiff doesn't know what to put in the banner, and since he loves anime (though he
