please note that this version of upp is still a prerelease beta. that means some or all of the
functionality might not work correctly (don't expect it to be perfect: it's a beta version) and this
distribution is primarily meant for debugging purposes. use at your own risk.

to install, extract to an empty directory. you can import settings from any upp version using the importer.
if, at a later stadium you want to use some .upp (v2) or .txt (v 1.x) theme from a previous install of upp,
use '/converttheme <full file name>'. before you do so, make sure there is no similar .upp file in the
system\themes directory or it won't create the theme.

if you see any commands/debugging output show up in the active window, this is not a bug, just unload
the debugging service module (/unloadmodule debug).

feel free to post your rants/comments/questions/feature suggestions for this build on the upp forum,
if you found have any blatant bugs, it might be better to report them to the bugtracker (if they're 
not reported already) so they are likely to be fixed for the next build.
